- The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico from Corte Bravi is a fine and full
- bodied red wine born from an artisanal production philosophy. This label, produced in a limited number of examples, is made starting from the best grapes left to dry in wooden boxes in a controlled environment. During the drying period the grapes dehydrate, thus concentrating aromas, sugars and other dry substances. The result is a bottle capable of expressing the most intimate essence of its territory.
- Corte Bravi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico consists of a blend of the traditional Corvina Veronese (40%), Corvinone (40%), Molinara (15%) and Rondinella (5%). The vines, approximately 30 years old, are grown organically using the Veronese pergola system, on loamy soil with plenty of limestone located 200 metres above sea level. During the harvest, which is done entirely by hand, the bunches are carefully selected and left to dry for 3 months in wooden boxes. After this period, the grapes are pressed and then cold macerated for 10 days, which precedes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. During the fermentation process, the must is left in contact with the marc to create a second hot maceration. The subsequent aging period takes place in oak barrels for a full 36 months, at the end of which the wine is bottled without being filtered and then left to rest in glass for a year before being released on the market.

The vivid olfactory panorama ranges from aromas of cherries in alcohol, dried plums, sweet spices and chocolate.
