- The Brut Blanc de Blancs by Mazzolino is a Classic Method Sparkling Wine with a clear and fragrant range of aromas, a prelude to a dynamic sip, in which the perlage is alive and enthuses the mouth with elegance, without presenting a grain that is too coarse. A pure Chardonnay where nothing is out of place, which demonstrates how the Oltrep Pavese Mazzolino winery is a master in declining the bubbles that have made this area so famous over the last few decades.
- This Blanc de Blancs Metodo Classico is born from the pure use of an international grape variety particularly predisposed to showing itself in the guise of bubbles, the Chardonnay. Mazzolino cultivates this variety on hilly terrain, characterized by a subsoil composed of clay and silt, located at an altitude of between 180 and 220 meters above sea level. After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments for the first time in steel, then referments in the bottle according to the production process of the Metodo Classico. The Spumante remains on the lees for 36 months, and at the end of this period the disgorging, dosing and bottling operations are carried out.
