- The Millesimato Brut Franciacorta is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes of the same vintage grown on high hills with a South/South
- East exposure from vines over 25 years old. Part of the must ferments in small white oak barrels for about 7 months, while the remainder is fermented in steel. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle according to the Classic Method and the refinement on the yeasts lasts 36 months, the time necessary for the yeasts to give back everything they have "eaten". The disgorgement and closing with the classic cork stopper and metal cage follows.
