- Tequila Plata Rosa is a special edition of the classic Silver label from the Mexican distillery Casa Don Ram³n. The young and fragrant version of the distillate, obtained from the processing of the Blue Agave from the Jalisco region, is enriched with lavender. The typical citrus, vegetal and fruity profile is enriched with floral nuances and aromatic herbs, which recall unusual Provençal atmospheres. A very original combination, which gives Tequila a very refined and elegant character. A variation on the theme that every enthusiast of the famous Mexican distillate should try. It is perfect to taste neat to better appreciate its characteristic aromatic profile, it also lends itself to the experiments of modern mixology.
- La Plata Rosa is a Tequila produced by Casa Don Ram³n, following the ancient customs that have allowed this Mexican distillate to establish itself throughout the world. The distillery specializes in the production of high quality Tequila, made only with the prized variety of Blue Agave grown on the highlands of the Jalisco region. When the plants reach adulthood, they are cut by the jimadores, who remove the leaves to preserve only the heart. The most precious part of the Agave is then cooked and the pulp is fermented. A double distillation is then carried out in steel stills, in order to obtain a Tequila of exceptional purity. The Tequila is then flavoured with lavender and then bottled.
