- Martin Texier Grenache comes only from grapes of the black grape variety of the same name grown following the dictates of certified organic farming in the Ardèche region, specifically within the municipality of St

- Alban. Here, the soils are granitic and of alluvial origin on a subsoil of calcareous marl. The harvest is carried out strictly by hand and the bunches are then vinified partly whole with the alcoholic fermentation carried out exclusively by the yeasts naturally present on the grapes and in the environment of cellar. The process is accompanied by a brief maceration on the skins for a week, at the end of which the wine is drawn off and delicately pressed with the feet. During the process, the use of inputs such as additives and oenological coadjuvants is excluded , with the exception of very low doses of sulphites which are added if necessary only at bottling with the aim of stabilizing the wine.
