- The Muller Thurgau "Feldmarschall" by Tiefenbrunner is a Muller Thurgau unique because it comes from vineyards that are located above the altitude of 1000 meters. We are facing a magical terroirs: from the estate of Hofstatt, overlooking the mountain of Favogna, the Muller Thurgau "Feldmarschall" by Tiefenbrunner born on vineyards located on a plateau that is protected from the north wind, characterized by a very special microclimate, which allows the creation of this fine wine, the absolute reference point Tiefenbrunner. The wine is named from Baron Philipp Franz von Fenner zu Fennberg, a noble founder of the Austrian imperial hunters who used this farm as a summer residence. - 6 hours of maceration, is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Then stop on the lees for 7 months and then rest for another 2 months in cement vats and aging conclude with one year of aging in the bottle for 70% in oak barrels for 30%.
