- Marzadro is the name of a craft reality with a feminine twist, born thanks to Sabina's tenacity in pursuing her dream who, in the years immediately after the Second World War, left his job as a servant at the home of a Roman deputy to return to his homeland of Trentino, with the idea of starting an activity focused on the art of distillation. It was the year 1949 when a small direct fire still appeared in Brancolino di Nogaredo, built by the skilled boiler maker Arnaboldi, and the first wagon of grape marc began to arrive: it was only at the end of the Seventies that the glittering copper stills arrived. bain

- varietal grappa: the first creations included pomace from the native Marzemino, vinified by a winery in the nearby town of Isera.

Giare Amarone is made from the typical vines of Amarone della Valpolicella: the pomace of Corvina , Rondinella, Molinara are distilled with a discontinuous process to obtain a taste with a velvety and persistent structure, with broad and decisive aromas. Giare Chardonnay comes from the pomace of the homonymous pure white berry, refined in 225
- liter oak barrels: the fine and elegant aromas introduce a soft sip, but with a dry finish. Giare Gewurtztraminer comes from the aromatic variety typical of the Dolomite peaks, capable of giving harmonious sensations in a delicate structure, with immediately recognisable aromas.
