The base wines result from a selection of 55 parcels located in various areas of the appellation, to which a percentage of reserve wines is added to impart maturity and complexity to the blend. After maturing for 3 years in the cellar, the Champagne expresses an elegant, rich bouquet with remarkable aromatic persistence.
