- faire. The liqueur is a revisited expression of a great classic of the Mediterranean tradition, based on recipes handed down from generation to generation. The rediscovery of this ancient custom is due to the patient work of Fiorella Stoppa, who since the 70s has enhanced the typical liqueurs of the territory with excellent artisanal versions. His meeting with Diego Bosoni led to the creation of the small Essentiae laboratory, where all the processes are still carried out by hand, with great care and passion. The success of the liqueur is based on a few ingredients: carefully selected orange peel, alcohol, sugar and water. Everything still takes place with simple infusions and the liqueur is then bottled without the addition of colourings, flavourings or additives, maintaining its healthy, genuine and pure character.

It has a bright, intense golden yellow colour, with light orange reflections. The bouquet is broad and rich, characterised by the typical notes of orange peel, which immediately recall the warm and sunny Mediterranean atmospheres. The entry on the palate is harmonious and enveloping, with a long and persistent sip, which accompanies a finish characterized by fresh and citrus sensations. It is perfect to taste after dinner, neat or with ice.
