- The Grappa di Moscato Blanc€ is a product born from the great skill of Domenis 1898. A delicate distillate, with frank and fragrant aromas on the nose, which in the mouth maintains the aromatic taste of the starting grape, Moscato, whose pomace, after the harvest, is carefully selected by the distillery team from over 300 Friulian wineries. The distillation takes place through a majestic discontinuous copper plant, consisting of eight direct steam stills. A label that makes every moment spent in the company of your loved ones special.
- This Grappa di Moscato Blanc€ is made by the Domenis 1898 distillery starting from fresh Moscato pomace, carefully selected from various suppliers. The distillation takes place with steam at low temperatures, below 100 degrees, to make it possible to extract the primary aromas of the grapes without damaging them. At the end of the manufacturing process, the Grappa is left to rest in stainless steel containers for at least a year. At the time of bottling, the Grappa is diluted with water through cold filtration, so as to reach the final alcohol content of 40 degrees, ideal for preserving its aromatic component.
