- The Sambuca Classica from the Piedmontese production company Antica Distilleria Quaglia is a liqueur with a sweet and decisive sensory profile, made with carefully selected ingredients according to the recipe of the Quaglia family. This historic distillery is located in Castelnuovo Don Bosco, in the province of Asti, an area where the Quaglia family has been producing liqueurs and spirits since 1890. This bottle belongs to the €˜Classici Italiani line, a selection of products that are part of the Italian liqueur tradition, handcrafted based on historic recipes of the Quaglia family. Since 2018, the distillery, led by Carlo Quaglia, fourth generation at the helm, has also been certified organic.
- Antica Distilleria Quaglia Sambuca Classica is produced according to the ancient recipe of the Quaglia family starting from a scrupulous selection of Italian ingredients, such as star anise and elderberry. In fact, it seems that the name of this liqueur derives from the seeds of the elderberry flower, usually used in its preparation. Other ingredients include water, alcohol and sugar.

The olfactory range offers intense hints of elderflower and star anise that describe a sweet, decisive and pleasant texture, of exceptional expressive richness.
