- The Barbaresco Riserva "Pora" signed Produttori del Barbaresco is a wine of excellent stature, which will please all fans of great aging reds. It announces itself with a typically varietal bouquet, where Nebbiolo gives fruity and floral effluvia, enhanced by tertiary hints acquired during slow aging. In the mouth, the excitement continues, with a sip of absolute depth, where the tannins are perfectly balanced. A label that will give trepidations also in the future, to be left to rest in the cellar.
- This Barbaresco Riserva "Pora" comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown right within the Pora vineyards, located about 300 meters above sea level. The exposure of the vines faces south and southwest, and the subsoil is characterized by a clay and limestone matrix. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees, macerating on the skins for 28 days and also carrying out malolactic fermentation. This is followed by aging, in which the wine remains for 36 months in oak barrels until it is bottled. Before release by the Produttori del Barbaresco winery, it undergoes an additional 6 months of maturation in glass.
