- CHAMPAGNE ROS‰ BRUT MAGNUM DEUTZ DESCRIPTION
- The Champagne Ros Brut from the maison Deutz is the noble portrait of Pinot Noir. It embodies its austere character and traces its profiles of finesse and elegance, maintaining the distinctive traits of delicacy and pleasantness. A Pinot Noir that some critics have defined as "worthy of applause" for its expressive richness. It derives from a blend of grapes from different areas, capable of perfectly telling not only the identity of a vine, but also the essence of a territory rich in charm like that of Champagne. The maison has had its roots in the municipality of Ay since 1838. Today the property sees the participation of the maison Louis Roederer and has 42 hectares.
- Deutz Champagne Ros Brut is composed of 100% Pinot Noir, coming from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. The production method is that of Assemblage, permitted by the specifications, which involves the addition of still red wine to create the Champagne Ros. Deutz creates this bubble by inserting a part of still Pinot Noir produced from very old vines in the Ay area. The refermentation period in the bottle and subsequent rest on the yeasts lasts approximately 36 months.
- Deutz's Brut Ros is a Champagne with a delicate and luminous pink color, embellished with a fine and persistent perlage. It introduces its perfume to the nose with delicacy and elegance: it opens initially on fruity tones of blackcurrant, raspberry and a citrus note of grapefruit, to then reveal soft traces of vanilla and almond. The whole is linked by a vein of classy minerality, which is confirmed when tasting. The entry into the mouth is straight and precise, and gradually allows the juicy and pulpy character to emerge, revealing that fruity imprint perceived by the nose. Sapidity and softness coexist in great balance. The finesse of the French bubble par excellence and the personality of a world
- famous grape variety come together in this Rosé, which proves surprising especially in the Magnum format, synonymous with prestige and elegance.
