This is a bottle that recalls the shapes of the one created by the founder of the distillery, Jacques Bally, during the 1930s. In addition to the unusual bottles, Whisky Piramide also stands out for the choice of using aging in oak barrels, following the customs of the great French spirits: Armagnac and Cognac. The great international culture in the field of spirits, the selection of an excellent quality sugar cane juice, obtained from the processing of the best lots on the island, have contributed to creating the myth of Bally Rum, still today among the most sought after by enthusiasts.
- The Piramide Bally Vieux Agruicole aged 3 Years was born from the desire of the founder of the distillery, Jacques Bally, to apply to Rum the refinement practices used in France for Cognac and Armagnac. At the end of the distillation, it is transferred to oak barrels, where it matures for at least 3 years before being bottled for marketing. In the glass it presents itself with an amber color with bright golden reflections. The olfactory picture is particularly seductive, with aromas of candied fruit, citrus peel, dried fruit, caramel, vanilla, toasted and woody hints. The sip is intense and elegant, with deep aromas, which lead to a very persistent finish of great expressive harmony.
