- Berlucchi Extra Brut 61 is a Franciacorta that reconfirms the excellence of this symbolic brand of Italian sparkling wines. Since the 1960s, the Berlucchi winery has established itself as a point of reference for the Franciacorta area, making a decisive contribution to the affirmation of this Lombard denomination. The cuvée is made with a majority percentage of Chardonnay, in perfect coherence with the tradition of the territory, integrated with a balance of Pinot Noir. The grapes come from a selection of the most suitable parcels of the estate, located in the territory of 19 municipalities of Franciacorta. At the end of the harvest, a separate vinification is carried out for each grape variety and vineyard. The bunches are subjected to a soft pressing and the free
- run must is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After a few months of refinement, the base wines of the vintage are assembled to which 20% of reserve wines are added.
