- Sec Nectar€ by Bellavista is a natural and sensual expression of a style and a territory, of which different facets are combined together. It is a very limited production, which boasts a very high level of quality in the extremely small number of bottles vinified. It is the same authoritative signature of Bellavista that defines this rare bubble "a thought of ancestral contemporaneity", by virtue of its natural essence. The original production philosophy that moved Bellavista in the early 1700s, today embraces technologies that are put at the service of nature and the environment. The result is a story full of fascinating content, told in an elegant and refined language.
- “Nectar” Franciacorta Demi
- Sec Bellavista is obtained from only Chardonnay grapes, coming from at least 30 different vineyards located in the highest hilly area and exposed according to a south
- facing orientation. The fermentation of the grapes that give the base wine takes place for 30% inside small white oak barrels. Once the vinification is complete, it is bottled and added with a sugary must coming from a drying on the vine of grapes from the Bellavista vineyards. Ready for refermentation in the bottle, "Nectar" completes its sparkling process that sees it leave the cellar a good 4 years after the harvest.
