In fact, Nebbiolo is grown in different vineyards in the area and the subsequent assembly solves the puzzle of the different parcels with a unique image, where balance and harmony reign both on the nose and on the palate. - This Barolo di Serralunga d'Alba comes from various vineyards owned by the Schiavenza winery, located in different positions within the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The vines, grown with the Guyot system, are located at around 300
- 400 metres above sea level and have a south
- east and west exposure. The terroir is mainly composed of limestone and tuff. The must ferments with maceration for 15
- 20 days, at a temperature between 25 and 30 degrees, with frequent racking. The maturation follows, in which the wine rests for 36 months in large barrels with a capacity of 30 and 36 hectolitres.
