It is a Franciacorta with a classic face, made with a harmonious cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco. At the end of the refinement period, it expresses a delicately floral profile and pleasant fruity notes, embellished with refined hints of tertiary evolution. Its fame has made it one of the most celebrated Classic Methods on the Italian scene._x000D_ _x000D_ The Franciacorta Brut Grande Cuvée “Alma” Jeroboam by Bellavista is one of the most famous labels of this historic winery, founded in the 1970s thanks to the passion and intuition of Vittorio Moretti. The estate has approximately 200 hectares cultivated with Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and some plots of Pinot Bianco. The plots are located in various areas of Franciacorta, so as to have a notable variety of base wines to choose from to create the cuvées. Another great asset of the company are the reserve wines, used to give a harmonious and mature face to the non-vintage Franciacortas. The Bellavista labels are known for being able to interpret the characteristics of Franciacorta with great fidelity, so much so that they are now true ambassadors in the world._x000D_ _x000D_ The Franciacorta Brut Grande Cuvée “Alma” Bellavista is presented in the rare and precious Jeroboam format and is made from a cuvée that is mostly Chardonnay with a balance of Pinot Noir and a very small percentage of Pinot Blanc. After the soft pressing, the must is sent to fermentation in steel tanks. The base wines are refined for two thirds in steel and for one third in white oak barrels. The blend is created with the best wines of the vintage, to which the reserve wines are added. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a rest on the lees for at least 36 months. In the glass it presents a light yellow color with bright reflections. The aroma recalls notes of white flowers, aromas of citrus, white pulp fruit, vanilla and spices. The sip is harmonious, with rich and expressive fruit, which extends elegantly towards a savory and fresh finish._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Colour_x000D_ _x000D_ Straw yellow with green highlights and fine bubbles_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Scent_x000D_ _x000D_ Hints of white flowers and ripe fruit, with notes of vanilla_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Taste_x000D_ _x000D_ Harmonic and with good flavor, with notes of flowers, fruits and vanilla" />
