- quality labels. The grapes come from a careful selection of the best Chardonnay plots, located at an altitude of between 300 and 600 metres above sea level. The vines are grown on sunny slopes that rise towards the Alpine peaks, with exposure to the south
- east and south
- west. The cool climate and the notable temperature variations allow the grapes with very rich aromas to be harvested in the first half of September. The bunches are delicately pressed and the free
- run must is fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature. After a few months, the base wines are assembled and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a period of refinement on the lees of at least 30 months.
