- The Champagne Brut Magnum Special Cuve is the emblem and symbol of the great maison Bollinger, an absolute glory of Champagne. The first Special Cuve was produced in 1911 at the suggestion of an English agent of the Bollinger family and has never stopped being produced since then, becoming the great representative of the entire line. And it is precisely the long tradition combined with modernization, great passion and the great potential of the French terroir that create an exclusive recipe that has been handed down from year to year, from generation to generation, and that gives rise to unique bottles and reference models for all the bubbles in the world.
- The Special Cuve Champagne Brut is the result of a delicate assembly of a small percentage of freshly picked grapes and reserve wines, among which those aged in the bottle for more than 15 years in the cellar stand out. These are the characteristics that make the cuve "special", together with the raw materials that include the use of all three characteristic Champagne vines grown in the most prestigious crus. A refinement in the cellar that doubles the minimum required by the denomination completes the production process and gives it unique and inimitable characteristics.
