- Andreola's Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Magnum Superiore Brut "Dirupo" is a sparkling wine obtained from Glera grapes, plus a very small percentage of Bianchetta and Perera. The rugged territory of Valdobbiadene lends itself to viticulture. For centuries it has been shaped by the hand of man, who has made the cultivation of vines possible, thanks to the predisposition of the excellently exposed hill chains. Hills that are difficult to tackle because they have banks that are sometimes even over 45% slope. Heroic viticulture.
- The vines are rooted at 300 meters above sea level on clay soil and a subsoil composed of sandstone, with full exposure to the South. After the laborious harvest of the grapes, in the cellar the winemaking work begins with the soft pressing of the bunches. After the static decantation of the must, the fermentation process begins inside steel vats. The secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves and lasts up to 40 days. The sparkling wine ages for a short period of 3 months and is finally ready for bottling, after a light dosage.
- The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Magnum Brut "Dirupo" is characterised by a beautiful intense straw yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has pleasant floral and fruity notes of acacia, citrus, pear and apple; with a finish of hay and scythe. Creamy on the palate, a detail that characterises the Andreola style, soft, fragrant and delicately savoury. An excellent sparkling wine in Magnum format to liven up festive moments and with an excellent quality/price ratio.
