- The “Imperial” Champagne by Moet & Chandon is born from a cuvée of over 100 wines from from vineyards located in more than 150 villages. The blend, masterfully conducted by the chef de cave Benoit Gouez, includes the use of reserve wines for at least 20% and includes, in equal measure, the three typical grape varieties of the territory: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The 36
- month refinement on the lees in the bottle allows the achievement of a complex and fascinating aromatic maturity, all played on fruity, mineral and slightly toasted tones. The sugar content of approximately 9 g/l enriches it with soft and pleasantly sweet nuances that contribute to creating an unparalleled pleasantness.
