- Franciacorta Contadi Castaldi is a bottle produced by an important winery in Franciacorta, founded in the early 90s on the initiative of Vittorio Moretti, former owner of Bellavista. The spaces of an ancient furnace have proven to be perfect for the refinement needs of the Classic Method. Contadi Castaldi quickly became known for its innovative spirit in the Franciacorta panorama and for having focused heavily on the most typical and identifying typology of the denomination: the Satn. Thanks to the decades of experience gained with the Bellavista brand, Contadi Castaldi immediately established itself among enthusiasts as a guarantee of quality. Its wines perfectly express the unique character of the Franciacorta territory.
- The Franciacorta Brut Jeroboam by Contadi Castaldi is born from a selection of Chardonnay Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes, coming from vines of about twenty years old cultivated in various plots of the Franciacorta territory. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for a duration of about 3 weeks. The base wines rest for 7 months, partly in steel and partly in wood, with partial malolactic fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method with a refinement sur lattes of about 24 months. In the glass it presents a light yellow color, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The aromas recall orange blossom, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, white
