- Perrier is the most representative of the unmistakable signature of the Maison, a champagne that contains and summarizes the essential qualities of the Laurent Perrier name: finesse, power, freshness and elegance. The Laurent Perrier style was developed in the 1950s and features a preference for Chardonnay in the composition of the cuvées and the use of stainless steel tanks for fermentation, now very widespread, capable of guaranteeing freshness to the wine and to preserve the complexity of the aromas. A Brut that enchants with its bright colour, its harmonious taste and its unmistakable bouquet.

- Perrier is composed of for the 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meurnier. The grapes are harvested from around 55 crus spread throughout the Champagne region and selected manually. To ensure quality and consistency to the Laurent Perrier style, the wine destined to become champagne is assembled with reserve wine, in variable quantities depending on the vintage. Once bottled, it rests for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, in contact with the yeasts. .
