- This 10° Aniversario€ is a rum that conquers from the first sips, thanks to a delicate and harmonious silhouette, in which aromas, flavors and sensations are free to move gently, giving a truly satisfying tasting experience. A bottle that awakens all the senses, telling us the artisanal history of the Peruvian distillery Millonario, where every phase of production is taken care of down to the smallest details. Distilling rum is an ancient knowledge, but never as current as with this "10th Anniversary", to be sipped when the evening calls for a moment of celebration.
- The Peruvian rum "10th Anniversary" is a distillate that Millonario creates starting from the molasses of the native South American sugar cane, grown in the Rubia and Blanca species. Fermentation occurs thanks to the use of local yeasts, and distillation, the central moment in the creation of this product, uses a majestic Scottish still, dating back to 1938. At the end of the manufacturing process, the Rum is refined, following the rules of the Solera method, in oak barrels that once contained Sherry, positioned inside rooms located at the same level as the sea. An important condition, which allows us to take advantage of the unique position of the Millonario distillery, located between the sea and the mountains, almost close to the Equator.
- The Rum "10° Aniversario" announces itself to the eye with a beautiful amber color, warm and inviting. The olfactory spectrum moves on delicate and subtle sensations, which tell a plot made of interweavings, in which candied fruit mixes with citrus notes and more spicy touches, deriving from the period of refinement spent in wood. On tasting it is velvety in body, broad and enveloping on the palate, with a sip that brings to mind a taste of raisins and dried fruit. A Peruvian distillate with which Millonario, a prestigious company linked to the production of rum, purchased in the 90s by Rossi & Rossi of Treviso, presents a label that makes evenings spent in the company of friends truly unforgettable.
