- The Champagne Cuve Brut made by the maison Piper Heidsieck presents itself as a real puzzle of terroir. It is in fact a blend where Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay come from more than 100 different plots, summarizing in a single sip the beauty and versatility of the Champagne region. A traditional and graceful label, which presents to the nose and palate what one would expect from this French sparkling wine.
- Piper Heidsieck's Cuvée Brut Champagne is born from the most classic blend that we find in this region, the one composed of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The vines of these three varieties are grown within more than one hundred different crus, which therefore represent approximately a third of the total vineyards of the Champagne region. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest, ferment alcoholicly in steel, carrying out malolactic; at this point a percentage of 15
- 20% of reserve wines is added, and the refermentation takes place, as with all products made with the Champenoise Method, in the bottle. Here the wine is left to age on the lees for 24 months, after which the disgorging and bottling operations are carried out.
