This Rare Apple Ice Wine is made from rare, bittersweet apples mostly grown in Killahoras 200 year old Orchards on the south facing slopes of Ireland"™s County Cork. They use freezing temperatures to obtain a beautiful, rich must which they slowly ferment for over a year to give a luscious balanced dessert wine.
