The Cuvee 60 Casa Caterina is a Sparkling Rose Metodo Classico obtained from Pinot Noir of the Franciacorta area and aged 60 months on the lees. The nose offers a bouquet of ripe red fruits, pomegranate, floral patterns and elements reminiscent of pastry. The taste is creamy, rich and refined, featuring a beautiful tension and a long finish.
