Girolamo Russo 's Etna Rosato comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes. The bouquet recalls notes of pomegranate and wild strawberries that alternate with hints of broom; the sip is supported by a great savory and mineral thrust, with a persistent and very fresh finish.
