The Mauroy family owns 14ha of sustainably-farmed Pouilly-Fume vineyards and has picked up a number of awards for this wine. Ita's a blend of parcels planted on three different soil types, which results in a wonderful complexity and depth. Expect intense lemon, flint and crisp pear flavours from this fresh, stylish wine.
