Made by the JM Cazes family, who also own the prestigious Ch¢teau Lynch-Bages estate in Bordeaux, this is a serious wine. It has a wealth of ripe bramble fruit, subtle sweet oak spice and that typical herbal 'garrigue' character that defines the best Minervois wines. An extremely polished wine that thoroughly deserves its glowing reviews from the wine press.
