Third generation winemaker Antoine Olivier teams his love for the soil and the environment with a lively sense of humour. This Santenaya's name is a French pun on the words "cerise", meaning "cherry" and "crise" meaning "crisis". There is no crisis when it come to the wine, however - ita's a lively red with fragrant floral and cherry notes and a touch of cedar from barrel ageing.
