Established in 1901 near Haro in Rioja, Viña Pomal is made using 100% estate
- grown Tempranillo grapes from vineyards in this premium sub
- region of Rioja Alta. Considered to be one of the most traditionally made Rioja, it is aged for 18 months is American oak barrels. Viña Pomal has intense aromas of red fruit and sweet vanilla with a palate of red and black fruits, hints of vanilla and toast and integrated ripe tannins with a lingering savoury note.
