Alta Mora Etna Bianco is made entirely from the indigenous Sicilian grape, Carricante, grown on the winery's high altitude vineyards. Although fuller in body, it is not unlike a premium Sauvignon Blanc, fresh, fruity with great minerality and a crisp and citrusy finish. It is a great match for seafood dishes.
