This small, family owned estate is run by James and Catherine Kinglake who bought Domaine Begude in 2003. The estate had been producing wine since the 16th century and today the small but dedicated team make wines from organically grown Chardonnay grapes. The "11300" in this Chardonnay’s name refers to the postcode of the Limoux region it comes from. A beautifully elegant wine, it’s zesty with apple and pear notes, complemented by just a touch of oak. A great aperitif.
