Champagne Theophile is the successor of 'Theo' Champagne which enjoyed its heyday in the 1930's when grand restaurants and establishments in Montparnesse (Paris) served it to regale artists and nightowls alike. Theophile is today produced by Louis Roederer in keeping with the style that makes its success.
