Give and Take started out as a project between Pieter Walser and wine importer friends of his in Brighton. The 2017 vintage was exclusive to them. We got a limited amount of the 2018 vintage. This is the first time this wine has been in Ireland. It landed in Dublin Port at the end of June so as of today as I am writing this (26th June) nobody has tasted it! Exciting stuff.
