Unoaked fresh and lively white wine made with indigenous variety Malvazija istarska The wine has aromas of elderflower acacia lime zest quince pear apricot and ripe nectarine. An incredibly crisp acidity balances beautifully with the concentration of flavours. It has a medium body and a long finish marked by tremendous minerality.
