The wine was created with the strict selection of grapes (Touriga Nacional Touriga Franca Sousão) from old mixed vines planted on the schist terraced of the natural amphitheatre at Quinta de Valbom. The exceptional quality of these grapes combined with the traditional vinification in stone 'lagres' trodden be feet give a very rich and concentrated wine with excellent aging potential.

Quinta de Valbom Reserva has a bright and concentrated ruby colour. There's aromas of ripe forest fruits with notes of spices and toast. In the taste of very ripe fruit firm tannins and natural acidity make this a deeply elegant wine with an excellent longevity potential.
