An astonishing blend of Corvina 50% Corvinone 25% Rondinella 10% Shiraz 15%. An original wine obtained by drying one part of the fresh grapes while the other part is crushed and then refermented all together. After a period of maturation in wooden barrels this wine is ready to astonish every taster. A wine excellent served alone as well as paired with red meat.
