Albarino, one of the most distinctive varieties of Spain and is a recent introduction to the pristine shores of Marlborough. This is a limited edition, single vineyard Albarino from Nautilus which was made from hand
picked fruit, chilled overnight before destemming and pressing to retain the purity of the variety. The juice was fermented in stainless steel again retaining the pure flavours of the variety. Albarino, perhaps the new kid on the block for Marlborough.
