S like the French word "sec" - dry.
S is a dry wine, with an impressive varietal aromatic power built on a laminar acid structure coupled with an exemplary fluffy fabric, a model of its kind. The result of meticulous maturation, its method of vinification increases the complexity of its bouquet and opens up immense perspectives on its ageing potential.Very present in the Loire region, Sauvignon Blanc is a white grape variety much appreciated for its structure, freshness and minerality. Although not very productive, it is a grape variety that reveals its best expression in the Sancerre and Pouilly appellations where it can produce great wines. With an average ageing potential of about 5 years, some sweet wines made from this variety can be kept for up to 20 years.
