It is therefore in line with the vintages vinified with the minimum of inputs in the wine, or even none at all.To achieve this, Frdric Brochet, the winemaker, works on three fundamental points: no contact with oxygen, perfect hygiene and early bottling at a very fast pace, to obtain this resolutely different wine.
