Vincent, 44 years old, settled down as a winemaker in Meursault almost 20 years ago. He comes from a family of winemakers on his father's side (in Meursault) as well as on his mother's side (in Volnay). He perpetuates the family tradition while adding his own personal touch in the elaboration of his wines. The domain is located in Meursault in the C´te de Beaune in Burgundy.Food and wine pairing : It will accompany a rib of beef, grilled meat during the summer, or wait until autumn to accompany fine meats or small pigeons... It is a wine to be drunk within the year or within 2 years.
