At around 30% rye, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon has gentle aromas of flowers, honey, dried herbs, cinnamon with hints of anise and aged leather. In the mouth it is initially light, with sweet hints of corn and honey followed by cinnamon, freshly ground pepper and sweet paprika. All this framed by brown sugar, nuts and hints of oak. Delightful, until its finish which is relatively long and dry with notes of leather, honey, corn and oak. So lovely!
