The distillery has become a must with its mythical steam engine, the manual cutting of the cane and its ancestral know-how. La Favorite has built up a fine reputation thanks to its distinctive aromatic profile, which can be found in all its cuves.Its Coeur de Canne 4 ans is an old AOC Martinique rum aged for 4 years in oak barrels.
