A confidential production in AOC C´tes de Provence, for a ros with a very open nose, with beautiful fruit notes and a generous mouth!
La Bernarde is the latest project of Ch¢teau Peyrassol: the rehabilitation of an abandoned vineyard and winery, which has been put back into organic production.The old, replanted vines flourish on the red decalcifying clays of Triassic limestone from the Var plateau, in the heart of a wooded environment rich in biodiversity. The grapes are harvested at the coolest hours of the day, then vinified traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is then matured for several months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, in order to respect the aromatic freshness as much as possible.
