Mineral, this red also offers a sappy side through the whole bunches of syrah. The spicy side of the syrah, the delicacy of the grenache, the carignan and its southern side are all brought together with tact and delicacy.This is the estate's southern cuve, with its greedy flesh, its accents of guarrigue and its juicy, salty notes. A very good value for money, to be enjoyed now, but with good ageing potential (can be kept for 7 to 10 years).
