The Catherine and Pierre Breton estate is located in the Indre-et-Loire region of France, in Benais, near Bourgueil. It was converted to organic and biodynamic farming in 1990.The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is made by carbonic maceration and whole bunches to preserve a light and fruity feel. No chemical inputs in the vineyard or in the cellar. No sulphur is added during the vinification process but only at bottling, in very small doses if necessary.
