Come and discover this wine full of flavors and philosophy.Once the fruits are perfectly ripe, the harvest is done manually. The vinification starts with a de-stemming. Fermentation is done under indigenous yeasts and maceration in concrete tanks between 3 and 4 weeks, at a temperature of 30C. Pumping over is done regularly. The wine is put into barrels while still warm, after running off in demi-muids. The maturation lasts 1 year.
